I have been using their services for the past couple of years. They have been really prompt in reminding me (through email, watsapp, phone call) when to renew my car insurance, and then just taking a very short time to process the final payment (even when this process happens during the festive holiday period). The rates they charge have also been very reasonable. Would definitely recommend their services.
